ABOUT · YAINNY MORALES, FOUNDER & LEAD STRATEGIST

I’ve sat on both sides of the website.

I’ve been the owner who needed the page to sell, and the strategist hired to make it sell. The Strategy Lab is what I learned in between: most websites don’t fail for lack of design. They fail because the buyer can’t make the decision they came to make.

WHY THIS PRACTICE EXISTS

A prettier page isn’t a working page.

Clients used to come to my studio asking for a new website. Often the site wasn’t the real problem. The offer was blurry. The proof sat three scrolls away from the promise it was meant to back up. The button asked for a commitment the buyer wasn’t ready to make.

A redesign made those pages look better. It didn’t make them work. So I started diagnosing before building, and then I made the diagnosis its own thing.

Find what’s stopping the decision first. Then spend on fixing it.

THE BACKGROUND

Brand strategy, buyer psychology and systems, in one head.

I read a website as part of a commercial system, not a design file: what the business means to say, how the buyer is likely to hear it, and where attention, understanding, trust and action come apart.

HOW I WORK · THE CONVERGENCE METHOD

Evidence before recommendation.

The goal isn’t the longest list of fixes. It’s the one constraint that deserves attention first, and the reasonable-looking changes that should wait.

1

What’s visible

Only what anyone can see on the page.

2

What it suggests

The strongest reading the evidence supports.

3

What else explains it

A competing cause, taken seriously.

4

What’s still unknown

Named plainly, never guessed at.

5

What to validate first

Before anyone touches the page.

PRINCIPAL-LED, ON PURPOSE

One strategist. One page. One decision.

Every diagnostic is mine, start to finish. No junior handoff, no outsourcing, no generic scorecard. You get an Implementation-Ready Website Decision Blueprint written for whoever acts next: you, your team, or the specialist you hire.

WHAT I WON’T DO
